Sweet Ginger Ice with RW Natural Sweet White

INGREDIENTS:

1l lemon ice tea

2cm grated ginger

60ml brandy 

750ml of RW Natural Sweet White

METHOD:

Add ice tea, grated ginger & brandy to saucepan. 

Boil & reduce by a 1/3. 

Add mix to a flat bowl, cool down and freeze overnight.

Take out frozen ice tea; and loosen with a fork. 

Add to glasses. 

Top up with RW Natural Sweet White and garnish with mint.
