Robertson Winery Natural Sweet Brand National Campaign “Stylishly Sweet and Social” Terms & Conditions 1^st Oct – 31^st Oct 2022

1. The competition is open to all residents of South Africa who are aged 18 years or older.
2. The Promoter is Robertson Winery (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”.
3. Excluded from entering this competition are employees, directors, members, consultants and partners of the advertising agency or agents of the Promoter, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family, business partners or associates.
4. There are five (5) Prizes which will be won by five (5) winners: A GERT JOHAN COETZEE BAG.
5. The digital campaign runs from 1^st Oct 2022 – 31^st Oct 2022.
   • To enter participants must purchase any 500ml, 750ml, 1L, 1.5L & 3L RW Natural Sweet wine – follow the prompts on our social platforms and website for a qualifying entry.
6. Every valid entry will be entered into a lucky draw to win the 1 of 5 Prizes.
7. The winner will be randomly selected (draw to take place in-store under the supervision of our Vinimark reps) and notified telephonically on or before 14^th Nov 2022.
8. The winner will need to provide proof of identity in order to redeem the prize.
9. However, if a user has previously won a Robertson Winery or FAT bastard promotion in 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022 they will not be eligible to win the Prizes.

10. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
11. The pictures shown in the promotional material are not an actual representation of the prize.
12. The Promoter will make every reasonable attempt to contact the winner. Should we be unable to contact the winner within seven days we reserve the right to draw a new winner/s.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to move or cancel the prize for whatever reason they see fit.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
