Sparkling Margaritas with RW Sweet Rosé Sparkling

Ingredients
4 Limes, zested and juiced
50 ml Castor Sugar
60 ml triple sec
150 ml Tequila
RW Sweet Rosé Sparkling
Method
Zest the 4 limes before squeezing out the juice into a separate bowl.
Add the zest to the caster sugar and mix well.
Add Ice, triple sec and tequila to the cocktail shaker and shake well.
Take the glass and first tip the glass rim into the lime juice, then into the sugar mix.
Strain the Tequila mixture into 3 separate glasses
top up with RW Sweet Rosé Sparkling.
