Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Crostini

For something savoury and sophisticated, these smoked salmon crostini are a true brunch favourite. Crisp baguette slices, silky salmon, and creamy cheese are elevated by the citrusy zing of Robertson Mimosa Orange.

Ingredients (serves 6–8 as snacks):
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1 cm rounds
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g smoked salmon slices
- 2 tbsp capers
- Fresh dill sprigs
- Lemon wedges
Method:
- Toast the baguette slices lightly until golden.
- Spread each with a generous layer of cream cheese.
- Top with folds of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprig of dill.
- Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing.
