Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Crostini

For something savoury and sophisticated, these smoked salmon crostini are a true brunch favourite. Crisp baguette slices, silky salmon, and creamy cheese are elevated by the citrusy zing of Robertson Mimosa Orange.

Ingredients (serves 6–8 as snacks):

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1 cm rounds
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g smoked salmon slices
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Fresh dill sprigs
  • Lemon wedges

Method:

  1. Toast the baguette slices lightly until golden.
  2. Spread each with a generous layer of cream cheese.
  3. Top with folds of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprig of dill.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing.
