Robertson Winery’s WIN A PAIR of Original Tarzan Vellies TERMS & CONDITIONS (Namibia)

1. When you have been selected as 1 of the 2 weekly winners, you will receive a voucher which is redeemable by you (winner) placing your order at this mail address: waxy@tarzanshoes.co.za with:
   a) Name and Surname
   b) Shoe size
   c) Delivery address and name of OK Store
   d) Orders placed on or before 1^st December 2025 will be delivered in 2025, if your order is placed later the 1^st December 2025- delivery will be beginning of February 2026. Tarzan shoes close down over the festive break – hence the long lead time.
2. The competition is open to all residents of Namibia who are aged 18 (eighteen) years or older residing in Namibia, who are in possession of a valid identity document, passport, or other documentary proof of Namibian residency.
3. The Promoter is Robertson Winery (Pty) Ltd, here in after referred to as “the Promoter”.
4. Excluded from entering this competition are employees, directors, members, consultants and partners of the advertising agency or agents of the Promoter or Ultra Liquor stores, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family, business partners or associates.
5. Over the duration of the campaign, there are 12 winners, and 12 pairs of shoes will be won nationwide. The prize is a pair of Tarzan Shoes’ (Karoo Vellies with Red Soles and branded RW) valued at N$900 (Nine Hundred Namibian Dollars) per pair: There will be 2 (Two) winners on a weekly basis for 6 weeks.
6. The competition runs from 3^rd November – 14^th December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
7. To enter participants must purchase any of the participating products (“Annexure A – Participating product”) listed below from any OK Liquor stores (“Annexure B- Participating Stores”) hereto attached and swipe their Count-On! Card in store for an automatic entry.
8. Participants may also enter the Competition via SMS using their unique token number found on their till slip to 2222. Alternatively, enter via USSD, by dialling the following number: *142*943*{unique token} during the Competition Period. An automated SMS will be sent to confirm the first entry only; standard SMS network rates do apply.
9. Participants must keep their till slip as proof of purchase.
10. Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is associated with a separate purchase. The Promoter or its representatives may block participants from winning a prize or submitting further entries if fraud or code manipulation is suspected.
11. However, if a user has previously won a Robertson Winery or FAT bastard promotion in the past 36 (thirty-six) months, they will not be eligible to win the Prize.
12. The promoter in its sole discretion is entitled to disqualify any winner who are deceased at the time of verification as stated in clause 16. In such a case, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative eligible winner drawn in accordance with clause 8. No claims may be made by the deceased’s estate, family, or representatives.
13. Participants understand and agree that they may win a prize, but there is no guarantee that they will win a prize.
14. Two (2) Prize winners will be randomly selected (using an automated system) every week during the Campaign Period and notified telephonically.
15. The winner will need to provide proof and verify their identity, date of birth, and documents in order to redeem the prize.
16. The winner will be announced by the Promoter.
17. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
18. The pictures shown in the promotional material are not an actual representation of the prize.
19. The Promoter will make every reasonable attempt to contact the winner. Should we be unable to contact the winner within three (3) days we reserve the right to draw a new winner/s.
20. By entering the competition and/or accepting the prize winner hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless Robertson Winery (Pty) Ltd, OK Liquor stores, and the Promoter and other, from and against any actions, claims, liability for injury, loss, damage of any kind resulting from the competition and/or prize.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, move or cancel the prize for whatever reason they see fit.
22. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. By entering this competition, you agree to give the Promoter and OK Liquor stores,  and its group of both companies permission to keep and process all material and personal information submitted as part of your entry, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the above mentioned competition and by entering this competition, you agree to the Promoter transferring your data to our promotional partners to enable the awarding of the winning prize.
24. The Promoter will obtain written consent from the winner should the Promoter wish to use the names, photographs, and entries submitted by the relevant competition winner, for the purposes of unpaid publicity relating to the promotion, by the Promoter.
25. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
26. Prizes will only be awarded after the winner verification is successfully completed by the Promoter. Failing successful verification, the winner will be disqualified, and a substitute winner may be drawn at the discretion of the Promoter.
27. Any prize that is not claimed or redeemed by 31^st March 2026, will be deemed forfeited in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
28. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
29. NOTE: Any attempt to use tactics to enter or vote more than the stated limit may result in disqualification and all associated entries and/or votes will be void. Entries or votes generated by script, macro, bot, commercial contest subscription, incentives or other means not sponsored by the Promoter, vote-swapping sites, voting software, entering service sites or any other automated means and entries or votes by any means that subvert the entry/voting process or do not conform to the terms or spirit of these competition rules, will void the entry/votes and may disqualify the entrant.
30. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook and the participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and its agents only and not to Facebook.
31. All entrants in this Competition releases Facebook from all liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with this competition and these terms and conditions.
