Red Wine Hot Chocolate


1ltr of Robertson Dry Red

1 cup Dark Chocolate nibs

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

2 Cups of Milk

5 Cardamom Seeds

1 Vanilla Bean, split open


Add all the ingredients to a large pot.

Heat up to a simmer, do not boil and whisk through flavours for 10 minutes for spices to infuse.

Strain vanilla bean and cardamom seeds out.

Add the warm Red Wine Hot chocolate to mugs and sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy on cold winters evenings.
