Passion Fizz Daiquiri

Ingredients

8 Passion fruits
2 Oranges, freshly squeezed juice
1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice
3 sprig of fresh Mint 
Edible flowers 
RW Sweet White sparkling wine NA

Method

Scoop the pulp of passion fruits out in a cocktail shaker with ice, add the orange juice, lime juice & a sprig of mint to a cocktail shaker with ice. Divide the mixture between glasses and top up with Robertson winery Sweet White Sparkling Wine.

Garnish with sprigs of mint & edible flowers for pops of colour.
