Orange & Star Anise Night Cap

Ingredients

750 ml Robertson Red Chapel

2 Oranges, juiced

3 Star Aniseed

100 ml Brandy

Method

– Squeeze juice from two oranges.

– Add bottle of wine, orange juice, star aniseed and brandy in a small pot.

– Bring to a boil and simmer for three minutes.

– For garnish, add Whole Star Aniseed and a slice of orange to glasses and top up with Night Cap to serve as an after dinner drink.
