Mint Strawberry Sangria with RW Chapel Extra Light

Ingredients:
Ice
Punnet of Strawberries, Chopped
40g Fresh Mint
RW Chapel Extra Light
200ml Soda Water
Garnish:
2 Strawberries, chopped
1 sprig of mint
Method:
Place ice, strawberries, mint into a jug
Pour in wine and soda water
Mix well
Pour into glasses, and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint.
Enjoy!
