Golden Nectar Lemonade

Makes 1 large jug to share 


125ml water

100g sugar

250ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 

500ml soda water

500ml Robertson Winery Golden Nectar Late Harvest 

2 whole lemons, sliced, for garnish



Combine the water and sugar in a small pot or saucepan

Bring to a simmer

Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from the heat

Refrigerate the simple syrup until cool

Cool all ingredients before making the lemonade

Fill a large jug with ice and lemon wheels

Pour in the simple syrup and lemon juice

Top with soda water and Robertson Winery Golden Nectar Late Harvest

Stir to combine

Serve to friends in cute little glasses and enjoy!
