Cucumber, Mint & Lime wine cooler with RW Chapel Extra light

Ingredients

750 ml RW Chapel Extra light Wine 

2 small baby cucumbers

4 limes 

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

250ml Sparkling water

3 tbsp Agave syrup

Method

Slice one cucumber in thin rounds & one long thin strips. Limes slice thinly. Add ice to glasses, little agave syrup, cucumber, limes & mint. Add RW Chapel Extra light wine half way in glasses & top up with sparkling water. Give mixture a quick muddle & enjoy the refreshing cooler.
