Apricot Fizz – RW Sparkling Brut

Recipe per cocktail

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of apricot jam

25 ml lemon juice

25 ml Gin

150 ml Robertson Sparkling Brut

Dried apricots and lemon for garnish

Method:

Add the first 3 ingredients to a shaker

Stir untill the apricot jam has disolved

Add ice and shake hard

Strain over a chilled glass

Top up with Robertson Sparkling Brut

Garnish with dried apricot and lemon
