Recipe per cocktail
Ingredients:
50 ml pomegranate juice
25 ml Elderflower cordial
25 ml Vodka
150 ml Robertson Sparkling Red
5 large blocks of ice
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Method:
Add the first 3 ingredients to a shaker
Add 5 large blocks of ice
Shake hard and strain over a chilled glass
Add pomegranate seeds
Top up with Robertson Sparkling Red
