Summer Melon Spritz – RW Sparkling Sweet White

Recipe per cocktail
Ingredients:
2 large chunks of melon
10 mint leaves
25 ml Elderflower cordial
25 ml lemon juice
250 ml Robertson Sparkling Sweet White
1 cup crushed ice
Melon spear and mint leaves for garnish
Method:
Add the first 4 ingredients to a shaker
Top with 1/2 cup of crushed ice
Shake well and strain into glasses prepped with crushed ice
Top up with Robertson Sparkling Sweet White
Garnish with melon spear and mint leaves
