Mint & Apple Punch – RW Sparkling Brut

Ingredients:
Large ice blocks
10 mint sprigs
175 ml cloudy apple juice
1 apple cut into thin slices
25 ml vanilla syrup
100 ml medium cream sherry
1 bottle Robertson Sparkling Brut
Apple slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Method:
Add first 6 ingredients into a large pitcher
Muddle and stir well
Top up with Roberston Sparkling Brut
Garnish glasses with fresh apple and mint
Serve and enjoy
