Ingredients:
5 teaspoons castor sugar
Lots of ice
1 Orange cut into slices
1 Grapefruit cut into slices
1 Lemon cut into wedges
1 large Apple cut into cubes
150 ml Robertson Cab Sav Shiraz
1 bottle Roberston Sparkling Sweet Rose
Method:
Add the first 6 ingredients to a large pitcher
Muddle and mix well
Add 150 ml of Robertson Cab Sav Shiraz
Top up with Robertson Sparkling Sweet Rose
