Ginger Beer & Coconut Cooler

- Large pitcher and glasses
- Crushed Ice
- Sliced Fresh limes
- Fresh Lemongrass
- 50 ml Rum
- 150 ml Ginger Beer
- 100ml coconut water
- RW Natural Sweet White, ICE COLD
Method:
- Bruise the lemon grass
- Add crushed ice, limes slices, bruised lemongrass, rum, ginger beer, coconut water & top it up with RW Natural Sweet White wine and stir with fresh lemon grass.
- Add fresh lime slices to glass & decant Ginger Beer & Coconut Cooler into glasses.
