Ginger Beer & Coconut Cooler

What you will need:

  • Large pitcher and glasses
  • Crushed Ice
  • Sliced Fresh limes
  • Fresh Lemongrass
  • 50 ml Rum
  • 150 ml Ginger Beer
  • 100ml coconut water
  • RW Natural Sweet White, ICE COLD

Method:

  • Bruise the lemon grass 
  • Add crushed ice, limes slices, bruised lemongrass, rum, ginger beer, coconut water & top it up with RW Natural Sweet White wine and stir with fresh lemon grass.
  • Add fresh lime slices to glass & decant Ginger Beer & Coconut Cooler into glasses.
