Berry Bellini – RW Sparkling Brut Rosé

Recipe per cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh berries
25 ml Rum
25 ml lime juice
1 teaspoon castor sugar
150 ml Robertson Sparkling Brut Rose
Fresh berries to garnish
Ice blocks
Method:
Add first 4 ingredients into a shaker
Add 5 blocks of ice and shake hard
Strain over a chilled champagne glass
Top up with Robertson Sparkling Brut Rose
Garnish with fresh berries
