Sparkling LOVE Potion ❤️ with RW Lightly Sparkling Rosé

INGREDIENTS:

RW Lightly Sparkling Rosé
Lime, halved
50ml Gin
50ml Elderflower Tonic
Rose petals 
Ice mould 
Water

METHOD:

Fill the ice moulds with fresh rose petals and water then freeze for 4 hours.

1 lime, cut in half for juice 

In a cocktail shaker add Ice / Lime Juice / Gin / Elderflower tonic
Give it a shake

Prepare glasses with rose ice

Divide the content of Cocktail shaker equally into glasses
Top up with RW sparkling Rose and garnish with a straw.
Serve with Smoked Salmon Blini Canapé’s
